Say No to Makeup: Give your skin a break! Avoid makeup for the first 24 hours to let your skin breathe and heal properly.
Avoid Strenuous Activities: Steer clear of vigorous exercise, hot tubs, and saunas for 24 hours post-treatment. Your skin needs a little downtime!
No Alcohol or Blood Thinners: Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and other blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours to minimise bruising.
Stay Upright: Try not to lie down flat for the first few hours after your injections. This helps avoid undue pressure on the treated areas.
