Your Almé LED Mask is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required, non-transferable). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions (e.g. LED lights not working, power issues). If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the mask; if this is not possible, we may offer a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but if the claim is approved, we cover the cost of sending a repaired or replacement unit back. Please note the warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
Cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, dents, discoloration)
Use with incompatible chargers, cables, or accessories
Hygiene-related issues or contamination
Masks purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers

Change of Mind
Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken or the mask has been used.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your LED mask arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos.
Once inspected, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Faults that occur from normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow the care instructions are not covered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging within 14 days.
Faulty items may be exchanged for the same model once inspected and approved.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

To keep your ALMÉ LED Mask performing at its best, we recommend the following:
Cleaning:
Wipe the inside of the mask gently with a soft, damp cloth after each use.
Use a non-abrasive antibacterial wipe if needed.
Do not submerge in water or use harsh cleaning agents.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep in its storage box when not in use to protect from dust and scratches.
Avoid placing heavy items on top of the mask.
DO NOT fold & bend the mask as this will damage the LEDs.
Battery & Charging:
Fully charge before first use.
Use the charging cable provided — avoid third-party chargers.
Do not overcharge; disconnect once fully charged.
Charge every few weeks if not in regular use to maintain battery health.
General Care:
Do not bend or twist the mask.
Keep out of reach of children.
Only use as directed in the instruction manual.
