The LALA Peel is a next-generation Korean chemical peel designed for those seeking visible skin renewal without the typical redness, flaking, or downtime. At its core is Lipo-Hydroxy Acid (LHA) — a cutting-edge, lipid-soluble derivative of salicylic acid. What sets LHA apart is its precise, slow-penetrating action that allows for effective exfoliation without triggering irritation, making it ideal for even the most sensitive or reactive skin types.
Unlike traditional acid-based peels that can compromise the skin barrier, the LALA Peel is formulated with a unique blend of LHA, skin-loving lipids, and an alkaline base. This combination not only exfoliates but also protects and supports the integrity of the skin barrier. The alkaline pH helps gently soften keratinized (dead) skin cells, allowing for smoother removal and deeper penetration of active ingredients — all while stimulating collagen and elastin for firming and rejuvenation benefits.
What Does LALA Peel Treat?
Acne and breakouts (including inflamed or congested skin)
Oily skin and enlarged pores
Pigmentation, post-acne marks, and uneven skin tone
Fine lines and early signs of aging
Dull, dehydrated, or rough-textured skin
Sensitive or reactive skin needing gentle renewal
Key Benefits of the LALA Peel

Suitable for most skin types, including sensitive and darker tones
HOW DOES IT WORK?
LHA’s larger molecular size means it penetrates the skin more slowly than traditional acids like salicylic or glycolic, delivering consistent results while minimising the risk of burning or stinging. Its lipid-solubility allows it to work within the pores, loosening clogged debris and dissolving excess sebum.
Meanwhile, the lipid-rich base provides nourishment and barrier support, and the alkaline component helps stimulate fibroblasts, encouraging your skin to naturally produce more collagen and elastin — key for firmness and long-term skin health.
How the LALA Peel Is Applied:
Skin is cleansed to remove makeup, oil, and impurities.
The LALA Peel solution is applied evenly across the skin.
It is left on for a short, controlled period.
The peel is then neutralised & gently removed.
A soothing serum and SPF are applied to protect your skin and finish the treatment.
We will go over your Aftercare and this will also be emailed to you so you can refer back to it. Please do your best to follow this so you can achieve the best results from your treatment.
The full treatment takes around 30–40 minutes.
There’s no downtime. You might experience some redness but you can return to your day as normal right after.
Should I Stop Any Products Before Treatment?
Yes! To keep your skin barrier healthy and avoid irritation during the peel, you should stop using the following products 3–5 days before your appointment:
Retinols or retinoids (e.g. Retin-A, Tretinoin)
AHA/BHA products (like glycolic, lactic, or salicylic acid)
Exfoliating toners or pads
Benzoyl peroxide
Scrubs or physical exfoliants
Prescription acne or brightening creams (unless advised otherwise)
Also avoid Waxing, threading, or depilatory creams on the area at least 48 hours before. Sunbeds or prolonged sun exposure. Saunas, steam rooms, or intense workouts on the day of your treatment
These steps help prevent excessive sensitivity, irritation, patchy peeling, or chemical burns.
